Brewing instructions:

  • Step 1

Check your tyre pressure using a pressure gauge

If you don't have a pressure gauge, check your local petrol station next time you're there, most have an air pump that will allow you to check and fill your tyres.

  • Step 2

Check your car's optimal tyre pressure

Most modern cars have a sticker on the inside of the door column (check both the driver & passenger doors), alternatively have a look through the owner's manual.

  • Step 3

    Get pumping!

If your current tyre pressure is too low, inflate the tyres until you reach the optimal pressure for your car, always follow the manufacturers guidelines and be careful not to overinflate your tyres either.

Why is this important?

Even if you drive an electric car, making your vehicle as efficient as possible will help reduce your overall emissions.

Under inflated tyres create more friction than those at their optimal pressure. Keeping tyres at their correct pressure allows them to roll more easily which helps increase fuel efficiency, saves you money, and most importantly reduces emissions!
